Day of Details

Shuttle – Running to-from venue to the Executive Suites from 9:30pm – 12:30am

  • 3:30 pm Ceremony

  • 4:00 – 6:00 pm Cocktails and Games

  • 6:00 – 8:30 pm Dinner + Speeches

  • 8:30 pm – 12:00 am Dance Your Face Off (with a live band!) 

  • 12:00 – 2:30 am Camp Fire (bring your cabin clothes!) 

OPTION 1 (THE KIDS):
On-site, heated rustic cabins equipped with BUNK BEDS and shared washrooms (#roughingit). Guests are to provide their own pillow, sleeping bag or bedding for twin sized bunk beds, towels, personal toiletries and flashlight. There is a minimum of 10 people required to book each cabin, nightly.

Onsite accommodation is $50 per person, please send an interac-etransfer to blaisesack@gmail.com.

OPTION 2 (THE GROWNUPS):

Execuitive Suites Hotel Squamish

For accommodation off-site we have blocked off a limited number of rooms at the Executive Suites Hotel Squamish. Please call directly to book mentioning Blaise & Sarah's wedding to receive a discounted rate. Please let us know if you are staying off-site and we will provide a shuttle service from the venue to your accommodation in Squamish.

We are also planning a honeymoon, Sarah is pushing for Portugal but Blaise doesn't like to plan too far ahead. He promises to decide at least a week prior to the departure date.
